Free US Shipping and Delivery

Curtainecove offers free ground shipping on most orders over $99.00 that ship within the 48 contiguous United States, excluding AK, HI and International shipments. While we offer free shipping on most items on our website, some products may require a shipping surcharge. Some exclusions apply: Replacement parts not covered under warranty, oversized items, wholesale/trade orders, customized items, spare parts, accessories and sale items are not eligible to be shipped free of charge. Curtainecove reserves the right to ship your order the best way possible to ensure it arrives to you safely. You will be notified via email with the name of the carrier that was used to transport your order.

Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Shipments:

Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import or broker fees. Free shipping does not apply to customers residing outside of the contiguous 48 states. To obtain a shipping rate, simply enter the product(s) you’re interested in purchasing into your Shopping Cart. Once you have finalized the products/quantity, click Proceed To Checkout. This will prompt you to enter your shipping address. You will then see the calculated shipping cost and shopping cart total, all in one step.

Signature Required:

Based on certain factors and for consumer protection, some packages may ship with a signature required. Please continue to monitor your shipment(s) for updates.

Address Restrictions & Corrections:

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate shipping address and working telephone number. Curtainecove  will not be held responsible for any address updates and/or corrections that can result in a delay of a delivery. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout to avoid delays in your order or possible cancellations.

Freight Shipment:

Freight deliveries require an appointment and are typically scheduled Monday – Friday with a 4-8 hour window. A delivering agent will contact you 24 hours before they attempt to deliver your order. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to inspect the delivery and sign for the shipment. Any visible damages or discrepancies must be noted on the supporting documents prior to signing for the delivery. By accepting your delivery and signing the receipt, you acknowledge that the order was delivered in acceptable condition, unless otherwise noted. FFAO, LLC. will not be held accountable for any additional fees a customer might incur during a freight delivery such as customs/duty fees, reschedule fees, storage fees or lift gate/residential delivery fees.

Delivery Times:

We make our best effort to ship in-stock items within 5-10 business days, however please allow for additional processing & transit times due to the unforeseen delays caused by the recent global pandemic COVID-19. Once shipped from our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times; this is dependent upon the shipping carrier. If any delivery arrives earlier or later than a promised time frame, FFAO, LLC. can and will not be held accountable for the shipping carriers estimated delivery date. Full or partial shipping refunds will not be issued due to the non-delivery of products.

Refused Shipments:

FFAO, LLC. makes our best efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner, therefore as stated in our Cancellation policy; we have a one-hour cancellation period from the time an order is placed for any cancellations or order changes. If for some reason you wish to return your order, as it has already been shipped, please do not refuse your delivery. Your order will be subject to our Return Policy, and you may incur additional fees. If the shipping carrier we provide attempts deliveries, and the recipient refuses the delivery for any reason and the shipment gets returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for covering costs of original shipment fees, rerouting delivery fees (returning fees), as well as a 25% restocking fee. The remaining credit due will be issued as a store credit. This form of reimbursement and fees above are non-negotiable, and the cardholder is agreeing to these Terms & Conditions when placing an order, or by phone through a sales representative at FFAO, LLC.

Damaged Merchandise:

Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify FFAO, LLC. within 7 days of delivery to report the damage. In order to process your claim as efficiently as possible, we ask that you send us a photo of any damages/defects to your merchandise.

Please keep all the original packaging materials. Should the item need to be returned, FFAO, LLC. will provide a prepaid return label. If the damaged product is repairable, replacement parts or a complete item will be shipped at no cost to you.FFAO, LLC. will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products. Any request for returns and/or replacements will be issued to the original delivery address. There is a one year limited warranty on products.

Short-Shipped Items:

Customers must report missing or non-delivered item(s) from their order no later than 7 days from their delivery date. For example, if you purchased a quantity of (2) of an item but only received (1), you must report this short-shipment within 7 days of receiving the package(s). This policy also applies to packages that are confirmed to be delivered, however the recipient states they didn’t receive it. Any request within this nature past the 7 day period will not automatically be eligible for a replacement at no charge. Depending on the event, an appropriate claim will be filed with the correct carrier and may take up 3-4 weeks for a report and resolution. Exceptions to this policy include any product(s)in which you have been notified would ship separately or are delayed.

You represent and warrant to FFAO, LLC., and accept responsibility for, the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of the Messages. Your submission of such Messages shall constitute an assignment to FFAO, LLC. of all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Messages. FFAO, LLC. is entitled to use, copy, modify, disclose, distribute and make derivative use of any of the Messages for any purpose without restriction or compensation in any way to you.
